What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational therapy helps people of all ages to do the activities they need and want to do across all aspects of their life. In the field of occupational therapy (OT) these activities are called ‘occupations’.
At Total Health Orange, our occupational therapists and therapy assistants work with children and adults who have an array of difficulties or disabilities, focusing on improving or maintaining their function and assisting them to reach their potential.
