Who you might work with

  • We work as one team around your goals. You may see one therapist or a combination of clinicians, and we coordinate your plan so care feels consistent and clear. If we recommend another team member, we’ll explain why - and your primary therapist remains involved to keep your progress on track.

  • Your OT will complete your initial appointment, help you clarify goals that matter to you, and recommend the best pathway forward. If another clinician (exercise physiology or a therapy assistant) is a better fit for part of your plan, your OT remains involved - reviewing progress, updating goals and coordinating care.

  • Your psychologist will complete an initial appointment to understand your concerns and goals, and develop a plan that may include ongoing therapy and/or assessment. Where appropriate, they can liaise with your GP and other providers to support coordinated care.

  • If your goals relate to strength, balance, mobility or coordination, you may benefit from sessions with an exercise physiologist. They work closely with the rest of your team to support safe, structured progress toward your goals.

  • We support children and teens with ADHD and Autism (Level 1) who attend mainstream school and need extra support with attention, regulation, routines, learning and social skills. Our team works together (OT, Psychology and Exercise Physiology as needed) to put practical strategies in place for home and school.

  • Therapy assistants work under the supervision of our occupational therapists and help deliver therapy aligned with your plan and goals. They can be a cost-effective option and may offer flexibility with appointment times and locations, depending on the program.

Our model of care

We work as a multidisciplinary team, which means you may see one therapist or a combination of clinicians depending on your goals. If we recommend a team approach, we’ll explain why - and make the process simple.
