Small group therapy during NSW school holidays
During school holidays, Total Health Orange runs small-group programs designed to build key skills in a supportive, fun environment. We release program dates and group options ahead of each holiday period - register your interest and we’ll be in touch when the next program opens.
April 26’ - We have two amazing groups available, designed and run by our therapy team. Now open for bookings.
Mystery Masters: 8th April; 10am - 1pm; Suitable for 10 - 16 year olds; Focus is on building team work, executive functioning, problem solving, gross motor skills, balance and coordination
Mini Makers (Easter Edition): 14th and 15th April; 9:30am - 11:30am; Suitable for 5 - 10 year olds; Focus is on improving fine motor skills, coordination, dexterity, motor planning and social skills. Everything you need to improve handwriting using fun, interactive craft.
How our holiday programs work
Our programs are designed for children and young people who benefit from learning in a small group with clear structure and encouragement.
Depending on the program, sessions may focus on:
social skills and confidence with peers
self-regulation, attention and coping strategies
life skills and independence
gross motor skills (strength, balance, coordination)
fine motor skills (handwriting foundations, hand skills)
executive functioning (planning, organisation, follow-through)
Programs may run in-clinic or in the community depending on the group.

School readiness support
Starting school is a big transition - and a little preparation can make a real difference. At selected times, we offer school readiness screens or short blocks of support to help families understand strengths and identify practical next steps before school starts.
