Play-based therapy for children
Is your child finding it hard to meet milestones - or having challenges with handwriting, coordination, attention and concentration, routines, sleep, or toileting/constipation?
Our occupational therapists support children through play-based therapy that builds practical skills for home, school and everyday life.
We regularly support children with ADHD and autism (Level 1) who attend mainstream school and benefit from targeted strategies over a short block of sessions.
Pain relief therapies
We use a combination of occupational therapy, Key Therapy and lymphatic/soft tissue techniques to support pain relief, restore function and improve energy.
Our approach is non-invasive and tailored to you. We’ll take the time to understand what’s going on, what matters most to you, and the practical next steps to help you move forward.
No needles or drugs - just a supportive, individualised option for children, teens and adults managing acute or persistent pain.
Support for ADHD, Autism & mental health
We support children, teens and adults with ADHD, Autism (Level 1) and a range of mental health concerns.
Our multidisciplinary team provides practical strategies for emotional well-being, regulation, coping skills, and everyday function.
Where helpful, we work together across Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology to support home, school and work.
“Our multidisciplinary allied health team works collaboratively with clients, their families and all those involved in their care, to ensure we achieve the best possible outcomes.”
